Terms of Use
Last updated: 15 August 2026
1. About these Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Logicode website.
The website is operated by:
Logicode Consulting OÜ
Registration number: 16823494
VAT number: EE102798634

These Terms apply to use of the public website. Services provided by Logicode are subject to the applicable quotation, proposal, statement of work, contract or other project-specific agreement.
2. About the website
The Logicode website provides information about our company, services, delivery approach, starting prices and ways to contact us.
The website is intended to help prospective customers understand whether Logicode may be suitable for their business needs.
Website content is general information and does not, by itself, create a commitment by Logicode to provide any particular service, functionality, delivery date or commercial term.
3. Starting prices and indicative information
Prices displayed on the website are starting prices intended to help you understand the minimum investment associated with a typical starting configuration of a Logicode solution.
A published starting price is not a fixed quotation for every project.
The actual price depends on the agreed solution, functionality, requirements and any optional additions or services relevant to the project.
Before implementation begins, Logicode provides a written quotation, proposal or other project-specific commercial document defining the applicable price and scope.
Optional additions proposed after a price has already been agreed do not change the price of previously agreed work unless both parties agree otherwise.
4. Website information is not an offer
Information published on this website, including descriptions, starting prices, examples and indicative estimates, is provided for general commercial information.
It does not constitute an offer that can automatically be accepted to create a contract with Logicode.
Submitting an enquiry, requesting information, attending a meeting or asking for a quotation does not by itself create a contractual relationship.
5. When a project becomes binding
A project becomes binding only when the applicable written quotation, proposal, statement of work or other agreement is accepted in the manner specified in that document.
That project-specific document will normally define matters such as:
- the agreed solution and functionality
- price
- delivery arrangements
- responsibilities
- acceptance conditions
- payment terms
- other commercial or contractual conditions relevant to the engagement
If there is any conflict between general information on this website and an accepted project-specific agreement, the project-specific agreement takes precedence in relation to that project.
6. Initial discussions and project definition
Initial conversations with Logicode are intended to understand the business need and determine whether an appropriate solution can be defined and quoted.
Most focused projects can be assessed through the normal initial scope review.
Where deeper investigation is required before Logicode can confidently define and price an implementation, a separate paid Blueprint engagement may be proposed.
Any Blueprint engagement is subject to its own quotation or agreement.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the content, design, graphics, branding and other materials published on this website are owned by or licensed to Logicode Consulting OÜ and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may access and use the website for normal informational and business-evaluation purposes.
You may not, without prior permission:
- reproduce substantial parts of the website for commercial purposes
- modify or redistribute Logicode materials as your own
- use Logicode branding in a way that suggests an unauthorised relationship or endorsement
- commercially exploit website materials except where applicable law permits it
Nothing in these Terms is intended to claim ownership over general ideas, methods, technologies or business concepts merely because they are discussed on the website.
8. Acceptable use
You may use the Logicode website for lawful informational and business purposes.
You must not intentionally:
- interfere with the operation or security of the website
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data
- introduce malicious code or content
- use the website to facilitate unlawful activity
- use automated methods in a way that materially disrupts the website or its infrastructure
These restrictions are not intended to prevent normal search-engine indexing, accessibility technologies, ordinary linking or reasonable use of publicly available website content.
9. Accuracy and changes to website information
Logicode aims to keep information on the website accurate and up to date.
However, our services, functionality, pricing and commercial approach may evolve over time, and website content may therefore be updated.
Descriptions, examples, starting prices and other general information on the website do not replace the project-specific scope, quotation or agreement applicable to an actual engagement.
Logicode may modify, suspend or remove parts of the website where reasonably necessary.
10. Website availability
We aim to provide a reliable website, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available without interruption, delay or technical error.
Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, infrastructure issues, security measures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Temporary website unavailability does not affect an existing customer agreement unless that agreement specifically provides otherwise.
11. Third-party websites and services
The Logicode website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.
These links may be provided for convenience or additional information.
Logicode does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.
Your use of a third-party website or service is subject to that provider’s own terms and policies.
12. Privacy
Personal data processed through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, why it is processed, how long it is retained, the service providers involved and the rights available under applicable data-protection law.
13. Liability relating to website use
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Logicode Consulting OÜ is not responsible for losses arising solely from:
- reliance on general website information instead of an applicable project-specific agreement
- temporary website unavailability or technical errors
- third-party websites or services linked from the Logicode website
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
Liability relating to services actually provided by Logicode is governed by the applicable quotation, statement of work, contract or other project agreement rather than these website Terms.
14. Business and professional use
Logicode’s website and services are primarily intended for businesses and professional users.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
If a person qualifies as a consumer under applicable law, mandatory consumer protections continue to apply where relevant.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
If a dispute relating to these Terms cannot be resolved directly between you and Logicode, it will be submitted to the competent courts of Estonia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Project-specific agreements may contain their own governing-law or dispute-resolution provisions. Where they do, those provisions apply to the relevant project.
16. Changes to these Terms
Logicode may update these Terms where our website, services, business practices or applicable requirements change.
The current version will show its latest revision date at the top of this page.
Changes apply from the date the updated Terms are published unless otherwise stated.
They do not retrospectively alter the terms of an existing project agreement unless the parties agree to that change or applicable law provides otherwise.
