Supplier onboarding
Give suppliers one place to provide company information, submit required documents, respond to requests and follow their onboarding progress.
Portals
Give customers, suppliers or contractors a dedicated place to work with your business, complete requests, exchange information and follow progress.
Designed around the journeys, permissions and information each external user needs, while your team manages the process from the same solution.
A portal creates a clear digital connection between your business and the people outside it. Customers, suppliers or contractors can complete the actions relevant to them, access the right information and see what happens next without needing access to your internal systems.
Your team gains a consistent way to manage those interactions, while external users get a simpler and more transparent experience.

€599 per month
The starting price covers a focused portal for one primary external-user journey, including secure access for internal and external users, invitation and registration journeys, role-based permissions, tailored forms and submissions, document exchange and review, status tracking, one primary business process connecting external submissions with internal review, notifications, search and work queues, basic reporting, activity history, branding aligned with your organisation, an isolated deployment environment, and production launch-readiness checks. Optional integrations, migration and additional journeys are quoted separately.
The portal is designed for the external users relevant to your journey — typically customers, suppliers or contractors — together with the internal team members who manage submissions, reviews and decisions. Access is controlled by role so each person sees only what they need.
External users are invited through the portal’s registration or invitation journeys and authenticate with individual accounts. Permissions are configured per user type so customers, suppliers or contractors see only the information and actions relevant to their role.
Yes. Role-based permissions are included so different external and internal user types can have different access, visibility and actions. Organisation-level access can also be configured where required.
Yes. Document upload, download and categorisation are included, along with review and approval where the journey requires it. Related files stay with the relevant request or submission.

Yes. ERP, CRM or compliance-system integrations can be added when required and are quoted separately based on the systems and information involved.
Existing-data migration can be included as an available addition. During scoping we review the source data and quote the work needed to bring users or records into the portal.
Yes. Additional external-user journeys, business processes or portal modules can be added after launch through a separately agreed quotation.
You retain ownership of your portal deliverables and business data. Logicode builds and configures the solution for your operation, and the customer-owned data remains yours.
Business Care provides ongoing monitoring, backups, technical maintenance, minor updates and support for business-critical portals after launch. It is priced separately from the starting package.
A focused Customer or Supplier Portal is typically delivered in around 3–4 weeks once the scope is confirmed and the information needed to build it is available. Additional integrations, migration requirements or extended review cycles may increase the timeline.
