For the purposes of applicable data-protection law, Logicode Consulting OÜ is the controller of personal data processed through this website.

For privacy-related enquiries, contact:

2. What this Privacy Policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Logicode Consulting OÜ collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit the Logicode website, contact us or submit an enquiry.

It applies to the public Logicode website and website enquiries. If you later become a customer, additional processing may take place as part of the contractual and service relationship.

3. Information you provide to us

If you use our contact or discovery form, we may collect your name, work email address, company name if provided, information about what you would like to improve, the outcome you are looking for, and your expected timeline if provided.

You may also provide additional information through subsequent email or business communications.

We ask you not to include health information, biometric information, political or religious beliefs, or other special-category personal data in website enquiries unless it is genuinely necessary and we have specifically requested it.

4. How we use enquiry information

We use information submitted through the website to understand your enquiry, respond to you, discuss potential solutions and manage our prospective business relationship.

Our primary legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and developing prospective customer relationships. Where processing is necessary because you have asked us to take steps towards entering into a contract, we may instead rely on the legal basis for pre-contractual steps.

Submitting the contact form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing-email list.

You are not required to provide marketing consent simply to contact Logicode.

5. Technical and security information

When you access the website, limited technical information may be processed automatically to deliver and protect the website. This may include IP address, request and network information, browser or device information, security signals and similar technical information.

We use this information where necessary to operate the website, protect it against abuse and security threats, and diagnose technical problems.

Our legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in operating and securing our website.

6. Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand general website usage and performance, such as visits, page views and website performance.

We do not use advertising or behavioural-tracking analytics at launch.

We do not use this analytics information to create individual visitor profiles.

7. Spam and abuse prevention

The contact form is protected using Cloudflare Turnstile.

Turnstile is used to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic and protect the form against spam and abuse.

Turnstile verification is validated by our server before an enquiry is accepted.

Our legal basis for using this protection is our legitimate interest in protecting the website and contact form against spam, fraud and automated abuse.

8. How contact enquiries are handled

Contact-form submissions are processed through Logicode’s Cloudflare-hosted website infrastructure and delivered to our Logicode business mailbox using Zoho.

We do not intend to maintain a separate website database containing copies of contact-form submissions.

The website processes the submission in order to validate it and deliver it to our business email environment.

9. Service providers

We use selected service providers where necessary to operate the website.

Cloudflare provides website infrastructure, security services, Cloudflare Web Analytics and Turnstile.

Zoho provides Logicode’s business email service and is used to receive and store communications arising from website enquiries.

Where these providers process personal data on our behalf, appropriate contractual data-protection arrangements are used.

We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

10. International transfers

Some service providers operate internationally. This means personal data may in some circumstances be processed or accessed outside the European Economic Area.

Where an international transfer requires additional safeguards, we rely on legally recognised mechanisms such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable.

11. How long we keep your information

If you contact Logicode but the enquiry does not result in a customer relationship, we normally retain the relevant enquiry and communications for up to 12 months after the last meaningful interaction.

We may retain information for longer where there is a legitimate reason or legal obligation to do so.

If the enquiry develops into a customer relationship, relevant communications and records may instead be retained according to the contractual, accounting, tax and other legal requirements applicable to that relationship.

Technical and security information is retained only for as long as necessary for website operation, security, troubleshooting and applicable provider operations.

12. Marketing

Information submitted through the contact or discovery form is not automatically added to a marketing or newsletter list.

Logicode does not currently use the contact form to collect consent for promotional email campaigns.

If we introduce marketing subscriptions in the future, we will provide the appropriate information and choices separately.

13. Automated decision-making

The website does not use your personal data to make solely automated decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects concerning you.

Automated technical processes such as spam and security detection may be used to protect the website, but these are not used to make significant commercial or legal decisions about visitors.

14. Children

Logicode provides business-focused services and this website is intended for professional and business users.

The website is not specifically directed at children, and we do not intentionally request personal data from children through our business enquiry form.

15. Your data-protection rights

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal data
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion
  • Request restriction of processing
  • Receive certain information in a portable form where data portability applies
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests

These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions provided by applicable data-protection law.

To exercise an applicable right, contact:

privacy@logicode-consulting.com

We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request.

16. Complaints

If you believe your personal data has been processed in breach of applicable data-protection law, you can contact us first at:

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

Logicode Consulting OÜ’s supervisory authority in Estonia is:

17. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. We therefore review our security arrangements as our website and services evolve.

18. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our website, service providers or processing activities change, or when necessary to reflect changes in applicable requirements.

The current version will always show its latest revision date at the top of this page.
