For focused projects, we confirm the required functionality and prepare a fixed quotation. If important technical or process questions need deeper investigation, we recommend a Blueprint first.

Build and review
We build the agreed solution and review working software with you at planned checkpoints, allowing decisions and feedback to happen throughout delivery.

Accept and launch
We complete the agreed acceptance checks, prepare the production environment and launch the solution. Ongoing maintenance and support can continue through the appropriate Care plan.

When a Blueprint is useful
Most focused Logicode projects do not require a separate discovery engagement. An initial scope review is usually enough to understand the requirement and prepare the quotation.
A Blueprint is recommended when important questions must be resolved before Logicode can confidently define and price the implementation — for example, complex integrations, significant data migration, interconnected business processes or technical uncertainty.
The objective is not to add an unnecessary project phase. It is to resolve the uncertainties that would otherwise make the implementation difficult to scope reliably.

Known implementation risks, unresolved questions, dependencies and decisions that need to be addressed are made visible before build begins.
Implementation scope and quotation
The Blueprint provides the information needed to define the implementation scope and prepare a reliable fixed quotation for the agreed solution.
The result
At the end of the Blueprint, you should have a shared understanding of what will be built, how the important parts fit together, what uncertainties have been resolved and what the implementation will cost.
