Operations

Operations systems

From €12,000

Bring related processes, teams and business information together in one operational system, giving everyone a consistent way to work and a shared view of what is happening.

Designed around your operation, with connected business processes, shared records, permissions, reporting and the visibility needed to manage work from end to end.

What this gives your business

As operations grow, individual processes increasingly depend on the same customers, suppliers, cases, documents and decisions. Logicode brings those connected activities into one system so teams can work from shared information instead of managing each part separately.

The result is a more consistent operation, with clearer ownership, better visibility across teams and information that follows the work from beginning to end.

Frequently asked questions

What is included in the starting price?

The starting price covers a focused operations system connecting several related processes, including shared business records, secure user access with role-based permissions, tailored forms and structured data capture, tasks and business rules, operational work queues, document management across processes, notifications and escalation rules, dashboards and cross-process reporting, activity history, responsive access, an isolated deployment environment, and production launch-readiness checks. Optional integrations, migration and additional modules are quoted separately.

What is the difference between a Business process application and an Operations System?

A Business process application focuses on one primary business process. An Operations System connects several related processes, teams and shared information in one platform, giving the business visibility across the wider operation.

How many processes can the system connect?

An Operations System is designed to connect several related operational processes around shared information. The exact processes included at launch are defined during scoping and confirmed in the quotation.

Can different teams have different permissions?

Yes. Role-based permissions are included so each team and user type can access the information and actions relevant to their responsibilities, while shared records stay consistent across the operation.

Can the system connect to our ERP, CRM or other software?

Yes. ERP, CRM and other business-system integrations can be added when required and are quoted separately based on the systems and information involved.

Can existing spreadsheet or system data be migrated?

Existing-data migration can be included as an available addition. During scoping we review the source data and quote the work needed to bring it into the operational system.

Can new modules and processes be added later?

Yes. Additional operational modules and business processes can be added after launch through a separately agreed quotation, so the platform can expand as the operation evolves.

Can customers or suppliers also access part of the system?

External access for customers or suppliers can be added through a customer or supplier portal when required. That capability is quoted separately from the core Operations System package.

Who owns the system and its data?

You retain ownership of your system deliverables and business data. Logicode builds and configures the solution for your operation, and the customer-owned data remains yours.

What support is available after launch?

Business Care provides ongoing monitoring, backups, technical maintenance, minor updates and support for operational systems used as part of day-to-day business activity. It is priced separately from the starting package.
